2HOT4 - TOO HOT FOR Style: Power Pop/Rock Website: www.2hot4music.com Biography: There is a lot, a great lot at the base of 2HOT4: there are European tours and sold out shows in the main Italian stadiums, hit singles, album in the Japanese charts, and collaboration overseas. To bind all together there is a thin thread that, starting from Vasco Rossi indisputable master of Rock “made in Italy” reaches the Exilia, ambassadors of Italian crossover in Germany, getting through the nu metal of the Folder …at the base of 2HOT4 there is a whole universe made of fascinating experiences, very deep emotions precious teachings, risks, challenges won at times and some other times lost. But that doesn’t matter much, because everything there is at the back of these four musicians has contributed to form their personalities and characters and it is only due to the meeting of four so strong personalities, of four ways of interpreting music so far away from one another, but at the same time so near, that today the 2HOT4 have been born. A band that is going to write a new exciting page of the three-coloured alternative rock, maybe even finally to have them all come to an agreement, those more bound to the energy of the guitars and the haunting rhythms and those who just can not leave without pop melody. The music of the 2HOT4 is in fact an exciting mix of styles, made to live together with an excellent skill. The direct but at the same time extremely full- bodied drumming of A.Ge as well combines with the warm groove of Angel’s bass, as to build a rhythmic wall punctually scratched by Max b!’s acid guitar, over witch the ever fascinating Clara’s voice climbs up, a sharp voice but at the same time tremendously able to weave tricky but never atoned lines. Power, melody and a pure amount of shiny madness, these seem to be the main points on witch the sound of 2HOT4 is founded: that power and that limpid melody emerge in the original compositions as “Ten”, “I feel You” and “You got the Rainbow”, all constructed on a touching crescendo sound of great phatos, intended to burst in an catching chorus able to get fixed in mind since the first listening (the taste for the typical Italian melody taught his lesson) while madness is revealed by the daring experiments moved by a desire of pushing their way “over” and with the typical irrationality of the ones who are strongly aware of their means, could get to conceive . Experiments that have lead them to take a pop classic hit as “Take on me” by A-ah, break it up and reconstructing it under a personal key and transform it into a completely new song without letting it loose a drop of its original spell. A band that is not afraid to dare but at the same time doesn’t loose touch with the basic rules of international Rock, reaching the result of giving life to a cool involving and ever atoned sound, intended to immediately conquer the audience and to impose 2HOT4 among the European “hottest” new comers.
